The McDonald's at 6830 Balboa Blvd in Van Nuys, CA has to be the most run-down and filthy McDonald's we have seen to date. We visited the restaurant in the afternoon. Our first stop was the play area for children. We entered through the glass door which looked like no one had cleaned it in months. There was food and greasy handprints all over the glass.
